Ads are served by Google AdMob, and Google’s User Messaging Platform asks for your consent in the regions that require it. iOS will also ask for tracking permission — saying no is fine, you’ll just see less personalized ads.
Your puzzle progress lives on your device. There is no account, no login, and nothing to sign up for.
