We’re a small team. Every email goes to a human, and we read all of them.
Open Hexa, go to Settings → Membership → Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple ID that made the original purchase. You can also tap Restore from the in-app paywall.
The Witch Initiate (Lifetime) purchase is Family Sharing-enabled. Once one member of your iCloud Family Group has purchased, up to five additional family members can use Restore Purchases to unlock all puzzles on their own devices, free of charge. Family Sharing is set up in your iOS Settings.
All Hexa purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled directly through Apple’s App Store. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, find your Hexa transaction, and request a refund. Apple typically responds within 48 hours.
Hexa stores all progress locally on each device. There is no cloud sync at this time — we wanted to launch Hexa with zero servers and zero data collection. iCloud sync is on our list for a future update.
Yes. Hexa works fully offline once installed. The only network activity is via Apple’s StoreKit when you buy or restore the lifetime unlock — Apple handles that directly.

Hexa supports iOS Dynamic Type. You can adjust text size in iOS Settings → Display & Brightness → Text Size. For VoiceOver users, Hexa also has a swap-by-tap mode in Settings → Accessibility.
