Terms of Use
Welcome to AudioLane. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App.
1. Service Description
AudioLane is an on-device audio workflow tool for extracting, trimming, editing, converting, saving, and sharing audio from media you own or are authorized to access.
2. Your Responsibilities
- Process only media you own or are legally authorized to use.
- Comply with copyright, privacy, data-protection, and other applicable laws.
- Do not remove DRM, bypass access controls, or infringe another person’s rights.
- Do not use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or malicious purposes.
AudioLane does not provide unauthorized downloading or decryption for YouTube, TikTok, Apple Music, or other platforms.
3. Local Processing and File Responsibility
Processing normally occurs on your device. You are responsible for backing up original and exported files and maintaining sufficient storage. Drafts and caches that are not saved elsewhere may not be recoverable after deletion.
4. In-App Purchase
AudioLane Core Pro is a one-time non-consumable purchase (Product ID com.upjoyap.audiolane.premium.lifetime). Apple displays the price, taxes, and currency and processes payment. The entitlement is associated with your Apple Account and can be restored through the App. Refunds and billing issues must be handled through Apple’s official process.
5. Free Quota
Free users receive five successful standard-quality MP3/M4A exports, which may be used on any date. After the fifth successful export, one free export is available per device-local calendar day starting the next day. Unused daily access does not accumulate, and the fifth export does not grant a sixth export on the same day. Only a successfully generated complete output consumes an allowance; failed or cancelled exports, and sharing or saving an existing output again, do not. Free exports are not subject to a duration or file-size paywall, but all tasks remain subject to available storage, memory, device performance, and system background-execution limits. Core Pro users are not subject to these limits and unlock unlimited exports, other quality presets, WAV, ringtones, and batch processing.
6. Intellectual Property and Licenses
AudioLane’s software and interface are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. MP3 encoding uses the LAME encoder-only component under the LGPL. License text, source version, and relinkable materials are available by contacting support@upjoyap.com.
7. Availability and Disclaimer
We make reasonable efforts to maintain the App but do not guarantee that every device, codec, container, or protected media will work, or that exports will be uninterrupted or error-free. The App is provided “as is” and “as available” where permitted by law. Check exported files before submitting, publishing, or deleting originals.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss, data loss, or lost profits arising from use or inability to use the App. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Updates and Termination
We may update these Terms or modify or discontinue features. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. You may stop using and delete the App at any time.
